consider each * as a piece
you should need to get ur pieces to look as so

which is a standard move it requires you to get two checks on the opponents king then a checkm8
by doing this
you want to move your rooke as close to the king as possible without being one square away.
but on the same line and no other pieces are in front of the rooke this is called a check
then you want to move either your queen or another rooke (if u have one on the opposite side of the king.)
and you should then be able to execute the checkm8.
